How we work

A free call or meeting. You tell us how your company works and what's getting in the way. We tell you honestly if Odoo fits.

We sit with each department to see how work really flows. Then we write a plan with the apps, what each one covers, what needs customizing, the cost and the timeline.

We set up Odoo based on the plan: companies, branches, users, products, taxes, approvals and printed documents. You review each part as we go, not only at the end.

We bring in your customers, suppliers, products, opening balances and stock from Excel or your old system. Then we check the numbers with you.

Each team learns its own screens, using your real data. We also train one or two key users who can help their colleagues later.

You start working on Odoo on an agreed date. We stay close in the first weeks, because that's when most questions come up.

After launch, we handle questions, fixes, small changes, new apps and version upgrades as your business grows.
