Website & eCommerce

An online store connected to your stock and your books.

Who it's forShops, distributors and brands that want to sell online, and companies that need a website without a separate system.

The online shop page: product grid, categories, price filter and the company phone number in the header.

What it does day to day

  • Build pages with a drag-and-drop editor, in Arabic and English.
  • Publish products from your catalog with photos, variants and prices.
  • Show real stock, so customers don't order what you don't have.
  • Take online payments through providers that work in your country.
  • Let customers log in to reorder, track orders and download invoices.
  • Show business customers their own prices when they log in.
  • Turn contact form messages into leads in CRM.

Inside the system

Categories, the price filter and product prices, all from the same system.

What changes for you

Online orders land in the same place as phone and shop orders. The warehouse ships them like any other order. You don't keep a second product list or copy orders between systems.

How it works with the other apps

Products, prices and stock come from Sales and Inventory. Online orders go to the warehouse for delivery and to Accounting for invoicing. Contact forms feed CRM.

Common questions

Can we use our own domain name?

Yes. Your Odoo website can run on your own domain.

Which payment methods can customers use?

Odoo works with several online payment providers. Which ones you can use depends on your country and your bank, so we check this with you during the study.

We already have a website. Do we have to replace it?

No. You can keep your current website and use Odoo for the rest. Connecting an outside online store to Odoo is possible, but it needs extra development.
