Common questions
Can Odoo handle make-to-order and make-to-stock?
Yes. Production can start from a customer order or from minimum stock levels, and you can mix both.
Can we track machine time and maintenance?
Machine time is tracked through work centers. Odoo also has a Maintenance app for planning and recording machine maintenance.
How long does a factory implementation take?
It depends on how many products, steps and production lines you have. Manufacturing projects usually take longer than retail or sales projects, because bills of materials and costing need careful setup and testing.
